Antnet Digital S.L. reserves the right to modify, without notice, any price or article.
Products will be despatched once payment is made by bank transfer.
Complaints of loss or damage must be made within eight days of receipt of goods.
Products are shipped at the risk and expense of the purchaser, if insurance is required, please advise us before completing your purchase. Antnet digital is not responsible for losses of merchandise.
We do not accept returns more than ten days after receipt of goods.
We will only accept returns if the product is in its original, undamaged state and in undamaged original packaging.
Guarantees: receivers (terrestrial and satellite) are guaranteed for one year, Maximum LNBs are guaranteed for two years, Invacom LNBs five years. All other products have a six-month guarantee.
Guarantees are valid except in cases of inappropriate use, alteration, atmospheric phenomena, or catastrophes.
Damage or shortfall of any goods must be drawn to the attention of the transport company at the time of delivery. If this is not done at the time of delivery and signature, we will not accept any returns.
All items returned for repair or exchange must be sent with transport pre- paid. In the case of returns, will will refund only the cost of the article, not return carriage costs.
Articles remain the property of Antnet Digital until payment is made in full.
Prices are displayed under the terms of current legislation.
